Fish oil is an omega-3 fatty acid dietary source — substances your body has to do with several different functions from muscle activity to cell development. The supplements of fish oil come in the form of liquid, capsule and tablet.
People use fish oil to reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes, control high blood pressure but, many people may don't know that fish oil can be used to lose weight, eye and skin health as well.
What is fish oil?
Fish oil is oil derived from the tissues of oily fish. Medically tern what we called simply omega-3 and fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Cold-water oily fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, anchovies and sardines are the most commonly available dietary source of EPA and DHA. An review of 21 studies reveals that fish oil additives in obese individuals did not substantially reduce weight but decreased the diameter of the tail and the waist-to-hip ratio.
Fish oil helps your dry eyes?

Evidence suggests that a supplement of omega-3 fatty acid will reduce dry-eye symptoms. For most healthy adults, Omega-3 supplements are safe and typically have no side effect if taken at a normal dosage.
Studies in the advantage of fatty acid supplements for omega-3 have reported less dry eye symptoms in people taking the supplement. Omega-3 fatty acids seem to be able to enhance the film of the eye and improve the dry eye symptom.
Of example, you should also eat fish oil from your diet. At least twice a week, the American Heart Association suggests that balanced grown-ups eat fish.

The skin has a great number of omega-3 fatty acids and can decline over a lifetime, especially in old age or after too much exposure to the sun. The skin has a lot of fatty acids.
