The fight against the kilogrammes is a total hell during the lockdown. We may become very good at keeping a distance from society and rising kilogrammes. I know how complicated it is. It seems like I begin to visit the fridge every time it is now my new strength. By realizing, how hard began to control myself I start doing what I know to do the best researching.

According to an experiment performed by the University of Minnesota of Clinical Psychology, there is a way to keep yourself away from the unhealthier alternatives.

For the research, the scient people took 244 young adults (some trying to lose weight, others not) were asked to choose from a computer screen between 'safe' and 'unhealthy' foods. Some participants were told to watch a two-minute video to demonstrate the benefits of healthy eating.

On request, the adults were told to talk first – for example, to say "What do I want?" – to talk to the young people, or to speak third person, by their own names: "Ann, what do you want?".

The scientists noticed something really important at the end of their research: "Findings indicated that dieters benefited the most from the combined use of distanced self-talk and a health prime (video whatching)," says the authors of the analysis.

So, those third-participants who spoke in favour of the healthier option would probably put off fast food. More if you were just looking at the video beforehand.

These findings also show that far-reaching self-talk may constitute a strategy for self-control which encourages healthier eating:"Non-dieters made healthier choices when using distanced self-talk, regardless of whether they were primed with a health goal or not. "

Science gives us the solution. The decision is just in our hands.
